Anconcangua pepper (C. annuum): from Argentina, this is one of the largest peppers of its species, a giant worthy of the best asado. The berries grow up to 30 cm tall, are incredibly flavorful and sweet, and the thick, fleshy flesh makes it suitable for grilling, even for large groups, as the plant is very productive. It grows to about one meter tall and produces continuously; frequent harvesting is recommended to lighten the plant's weight. Thanks to the plant's shape, which tends to lignify the trunk, forming a small tree, the peppers are well protected from the sun and are unlikely to suffer from sunburn. Well-amended soil is recommended; the plant's characteristics require resources.
